Time for Your New Chapter


Make Your New Year‘s Resolutions happen with your Personal Storytelling! 📖


Here we go again, a new year with lots of ideas and good intents!

Here is a potential way to actually implement them with the magical storytelling elements of WHY, WHAT & HOW.


💖The WHY - Uncover what is really behind your intent.

Purpose gives us meaning, inspiration, direction and a motivation boost.

E.g., More free time - to be able to do what with whom? More money - to spend it on what exactly? Losing weight - how would this enhance your life, really?


🎯The WHAT - Define specific actions.

What gets measured, gets done…

Focus on 2-3 major goals max. with concrete actions (SMART if you like.)

Tip: Break down big goals and celebrate successes along the way (reminder: not with sweets & online shopping …)


🏁The HOW - Make sure, you actually do it.

Create ‚Atomic Habits‘. (Great book by James Clear) to make it easy for your brain. E.g., take your sports back to work or put sweets out of sight.

Tip: Team up. We are much more likely to make things happen when we do it together with someone likeminded.

Tip: Book fixed time slots in your calendar for, e.g., creative thinking, strategizing, or sports.


Tell yourself and other people your resolutions story - to as many as possible, whoever cares to listen. This not only inspires and reinforces yourself, but also not implementing them becomes infinitely more embarrassing… 😏
